Primary School
With the addition of local History, Geography, and Kiswahili, the curriculum at Key Stages 1,2 & 3 is very closely based on the requirements of the Cambridge International Curriculum and the National Curriculum referred to as The British National Curriculum.
At Potterhouse, primary school covers Year 1 to Year 6 and junior high school -Year 7 to Year 9

Languages
The language of instructions is English. Primary students also study French and Kiswahili. It is our intention that all students shall be at least first fluent in the English language and then other foreign languages.
Assessment and Reporting
The object of assessment is to avail information about the student's progress to the teacher, the student and parents.
The PS reporting system is designed to give such information on a regular and systematic basis, however the School is also committed to informing parents immediately if problems arise.
