About us
Potterhouse is a Christian value-based school that offers education from Kindergarten to High School using the British National Curriculum (BNC). The BNC is dynamic and skills oriented; it ensures that knowledge taught in different disciplines is understood and applied in daily life.
- Peach, Pear and Melon are our kindergarten classes catering for children between 2 to 5 years.
- Primary runs from Years 1-2 (Key Stage 1) and Years 3-6 (Key Stage 2)
- High School runs from Years 7-9 (Key Stage 3) and Years 10-11 (Key Stage 4).
Our academic year begins in late August/early September and ends in July.
Term 1 (15 weeks)
- School opening – 3rd September 2024
- Half term – 21st-25th October 2024
- School closing – 6th December 2024
Term 2 (12 weeks)
- School opening – 7th January 2025
- Half term – 17th – 21st February 2025
- School closing – 28th March 2025
Term 3 (11 weeks)
- School opening – 23rd April 2025
- Half term – 28th – 30th May 2025
- School closing – 4th July 2025
